The perfect gift for this holidays and a wonderful project to make with your kids !!
To make your own chocolates you need :
several chocolates bars in ( dark , milk and white )
a chocolate mold ( I use the silikomart brand)
a microwave
a fridge
cut the chocolate and put it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes
mix the chocolate until it's liquid and start pour in it in the molds
It's better to work in 2 or 3 steps of different chocolate flavors
For each new step put the mold for about 10-15 min in the fridge
you can also fill them with walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or even soft candy like mini marshmallows
And have a Merry Christmas !
